Background
History: On August 31, a young girl was born to Alex Davies and Jen Davies, a young couple of pureblood wizards and witches. Together they came up with Calantha Davies, which was suitable for both of them. Calantha is not an only child, which means that she isn't a spoiled brat, who is used to getting everything she wants. The thing is that her family is not one of the richest. They weren't poor either, but 'saving money never hurts' - was what her father used to say. They were all fed, dressed, and had a place to sleep. What more can you want?
Four years after Calantha's birth a tragedy struck the family of Davies. Jen died in an accident. Calantha's father fell into deep depression. Calantha was a very sharp kid for a four year old. She wanted to help her father somehow, and herself. They made a deal, that they will fill the empty place in their hearts for each other. Neither of them would ever forget Jen though. Calantha has a picture of her mother in her money-purse and one next to her bed all the time.
Calantha has always known that she is a witch. How could she not if she live in a wizarding village. She waited for the Hogwarts letter very eagerly, and when it finally got to her, she was happy beyond belief. She always knew that she was going, but was still, happy. She read all her parents old first year school books before going to school, so when getting there finally, she knew quite much. All her grades have been O's since the first year, and she prefers it that way. Why change it now, in her final year? She will most probably be a Quidditch player when she finishes.
Hometown: Norwich, England
RP Sample: It was always hard for Graphix to say goodbye to her father. It happened every year, when he came to send her off at Kings Cross. Somehow, she always felt like she was never to see him again. You can imagine her happiness when they met again at holidays. The months they had to spend apart seemed to be like forever. And now, with a final hug she gave her father, she rushed into the scarlet Hogwarts Express, which had just called out that it was leaving. It was 11 o'clock and the train was never late. Graphix made it to the window just in time to see her father disappear around the corner, among some other parents, who had sent their kids off. Most of them were the parents of the new first years, but Graphix didn't mind that her father had sent her off for seven years. Even though she was 17, she felt like 5 when around him. He was all she had left.
With a heavy heart she sat down in the compartment she was in, and let out a sigh. She was soon in deep conversation with her friends, discussing what each of them had done over the summer. The only time they came out of their conversation was when the trolley lady came to sell them some sweets. As always, Calantha bought herself a Chocolate Frog. It didn't take long, or so it seemed, for the train to start slowing down. Pulling on her robes she noticed that it was dark inside. They all climbed into one carriage which, after a few minutes stopped in front of the Hogwarts castle's stairs. The big oak doors opened and we were all greeted by the ghosts who were floating above their heads. When heading to the Great Hall for the opening feast, a tall boy caught her eyes. He had dark messy hair, dark eyes and was in every way quite cute. She hadn't seen him before and was sure that he was either a transfer student or had moved to England in the summer. She kept an eye on him when taking her usual seat in her house table. He stood with the bunch of unsorted first years. The first years were sorted before and he was the last one to be sorted. She found out the he was had indeed moved to England in the summer, from Australia, and that his name was William Grant. Her heart sank when he got sorted to Slytherin. Is he as ignorant and selfish as the rest of the Slytherins, or is he different? Will she even have a chance with him, or should she forget him this instant? It would be quite difficult if she'd try, cause even if she wasn't looking at his direction, she saw his face before her eyes. She thought she saw him glancing in her direction too, but that might have just been something she imagined, cause she wanted it to.
Later that night, Calantha had a difficulty to fall asleep. She just couldn't get her mind off of William. It seemed as if his eyes had been burned into her head. As soon as she closed her eyes, she saw them, saw him before her. After about another 30 minutes she gave up hope on falling asleep and quietly sneaked out of the girls dormitory and the common room. It was so late at night she didn't even bother to worry about the prefects or teachers or Headboys, Headgirls. She walked around the halls, pulling her jacket more tightly around her. When she finally made it to the sixth floor corridor, she stopped before the stairs that led to the North-West tower. She took a moment to decide whether to climb up, walk forward, or go back and try to fall a sleep now. She chose the first option and started to climb the stairs. She stopped at her tracks at the final step when she saw a tall figure already up there. As quietly as she could, she took a step back to try and figure out who it was. The moonlight was bright enough, and as soon as the figure turned, Graphix felt her heart start banging hardly. It was him! Standing there, looking even cuter in the moonlight and the green badge shining on his chest. He had spotted her and smiled. It was the most beautiful smile she had ever seen and she felt like she was going to faint, and fall down the stairs, therefore she took a hold of the star-handles on her left. Why was he up? Probably he hasn't gotten used to the timezone yet.
She tried to smile, but was quite sure that she failed, and that it looked more like a grimace. "G'mornin'!" He said. According to the time, he was right, but still, it was quite funny to Hear that. "Hello!" Was all that Graphix would say at the time. She couldn't even move from the spot she was standing at, on the stairs, afraid that she will trip and fall. She noticed that she was staring at him, his eyes, those eyes that had been haunting her in bed, and were now in front of her in flesh. She turned her head away quickly, hoping she wouldn't blush, or if she did, then that he wouldn't notice. She took the remaining two steps she had and walked over to the rim of the tower. It wasn't at all cold outside, it was quite warm, but Graphix didn't have time to notice that. All that she could think of was: He's hot! He's hot! She was thinking so hard she didn't hear that he had said something to her. She felt odd asking him to repeat. If she was going to be like this every time he was around, then she can forget having any chances with him. She wasn't usually like this around boys...
Secret word: trials
(By the way this boy William Grant, It would be nice if I could get someone else to play him please. The bad thing is he moved to England the last year. If nothing else I can change his history if that isn't aloud)
